Tribune staff reporter Mary Umberger writes that in Chicago if you are a buyer looking into real estate, you are in luck. While other locations on the coast are still very expensive and out of reach of many people, the Chicago market is looking better and better for home buyers due to a glut of homes on the market and longer market times for those interested in selling.
