Apparently Democrat Hank Johnson thinks that Guam is going to capsize. Remember folks, these are the people who want to run your health care. The admiral's response was clearly to try not to laugh and I have to give him considerable credit for acting like an adult dealing with a small child who hasn't leaned much yet.
