ABC News reports that in Afghanistan a suicide bomber tried to kill Vice President Cheney. Although the Vice President escaped, at least nine other people were killed and 12 more were injured. And while we can't question their "patriotism", we can point out that over at The Huffington Post, angry leftists were crying into their adult beverages when they found out that Cheney had survived. Big Brother came along and whitewashed the thread (by closing the comments section) in the hopes that it would vanish down the memory hole, but Michelle Malkin has the whole disgusting thing saved over at her Hot Air site.
