The scandal of Kelo v. New London.
Richard Epstein, of the University of Chicago law school, takes a look at the recent Kelo decision of the Supreme Court and finds it to be pretty reprehensible. In this article he looks at the difference between the "public use" and "public benefit" language and how critical it is to understand the court's deviation from the original intent of the framers of the Constitution.
