DNC Lawyers Work To Muzzle Swift Boat Vets' Ad
A group of Vietnam veterans have produced an ad which questions many of John F_ing Kerry's claims about his service in Vietnam and his fitness to be the President. This is, of course, protected political speech in accordance with the First Amendment to the Constitution. But this is unimportant to The Angry Left and the Democratic party. They have decided to do what they always do when they are unwilling to debate in the arena of ideas. They have called out the lawyers to silence their critics with threats and intimidation. Human Events Online has a copy of the Soprano's style fax which they are sending, not to the veterans, but to TV stations threatening them with legal action if they run the ad. You can see the swiftboat veterans' ad here.
