Mary Anastasia O'Grady details how our most stupid President, Jimmah "Peanut" Carter was conned by Hugo Chavez in Venezuela. Exit polls by several different polling groups give Chavez the boot by a wide margin, but fraud, deceit and lies are the common currency of all leftists. Thus we find that massive voter fraud was used to rig the vote. The peanut farmer from Georgia should stick to hammering nails as it is the only thing his pint-sized brain seems capable of doing correctly and leave serious matters to the adults.
