The War On College Conservatives

Katherine Hutt Scott brings us some news from the front lines of the college campus where conservatives are under assault by the teachers of The Angry Left. These leftist ideologues are using their positions of privilege to indoctrinate their students rather than educate them. Students are paying massive amounts of tuition and getting little or no real education in many areas. But legislation is in the works which is aimed at correcting this situation. It is high time that sanity be brought back to the college campus. The purpose of the university is to teach students how, rather that what, to think about subjects such as philosophy, politics and history. There is no excuse for the political indoctrination which students in today's academic environment have to put up with. A college should focus on its main purpose, which is the education of its students and preparing them for the tasks of critical thinking and problem solving which they will need when they join the adult world. The current practice of one-sided political propagandizing is a fraud perpetrated on students at their own expense and it must be stopped.
